If beads on a necklace are cold to the touch are they glass?

I bought this necklace at an estate sale and the beads are colder than a regular plastic necklace and the necklace is heavy to im wondering what material the beads could be made of i was thinking glass but im not sure any way to tell?

ya they must b glass….. if they r heavy, then they must b some stone
