Which engagement ring should I buy tomorrow?

I am debating between two rings with two different sizes. Wondering how much size really matters. I am scared she will think the first one is too small, and the second one has alot of flaws. It’s between these two. I looked at other stores including bluenile, and have chose to go with helzberg. Thank you for your help.

I do like the radiant cut (that’s what my ring is) – it’s unique and sparkles like none other! Although – I’d go with the first ring. . . the halo around the center stone does give the impression if a larger center stone. I’ve seen the first ring in person & thought it was lovely. Plus, the corner prongs on the 2nd ring are distracting to me.

ALSO – DO be careful about comparing IGI graded diamonds to GIA graded diamonds. GIA has much stricter standards and grade harder. (i.e. sometimes getting an IGI graded I for color might not even be an I – or a J for color per GIA standards)

I’d go for the quality diamond, even though it’s smaller.
